Who is Emerald Badger Events?
We're a group of nerdy TTRPG enthusiasts looking to create more experiences within Arizona to celebrate and enjoy our favorite things!
Philosophy
Currently, Emerald Badger Events works with small businesses such as game stores to advertise their gaming facilities and increase foot traffic. Emerald Badger Events also connects the gaming community to local artists and craftspeople.Emerald Badger Events focuses on Special Interest topics; primarily Tabletop Gaming. The company is looking to expand their customer demographic to include special interest topics such as horror, anime, and puzzling.Emerald Badger Events serves customers in all income brackets, with steps taken to include those that need additional accessibility or need a lower price point of entry. Emerald Badger Events also strives to serve families and teens with age-inclusive gaming and set-ups.Emerald Badger Events staff is made up of a group of diverse individuals with differing beliefs and backgrounds. As such, we pride ourselves in creating safe and accessible events for all people regardless of gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion.We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form.Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion. It also prohibits sexually explicit images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassment via photography or recording, sustained disruption of panels or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.If a participant engages in harassing behavior, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of Emerald Badger Events (denoted by Staff badges).Emerald Badger Events staff will be happy to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance and your safety is our primary concern.
